Excellent service. Couldn't fix the problem at home so took it away. Had to completely rebuild the hard drive. When returned, went through every application to make sure it was fully resolved and even helped me sync up my new iPad. Would definitely use again.

Very professional service - charges are clear and no hidden extras or add ons. The price quoted was the price charged even though it was more involved than originally anticipated. Ian called back when promised with updates and so kept us informed. Excellent Service I was lucky to find “FIXESCOMPUTERS” when my computer crushed, literally with loud sound effects. The response from “FIXESCOMPUTERS” was rapid and my technician IAN came to collect the computer within half an hour. Ian explained all the possibilities with addition of “NO FIX, NO FEE”. However, to my relief, the computer was fixed rapidly and efficiently and was back home, almost the next day, faster and better than ever.
