Fixed repair and service prices exclude parts, software and VAT. We will always let you know the cost of parts beforehand. There are NO hidden charges, NO callout fees and NO hourly rates. We pledge not to carry out unnecessary work or include items that aren't needed. Getting you up and running as quickly and economically as possible is our paramount objective.

If we don't have the right parts with us when we visit or a part needs to be ordered, we will arrange to come back at a time convenient to you and complete the work then at NO extra cost. If any work is such that it has to be carried out in the workshop, we will take your equipment away and return it as quickly as possible at NO extra cost.

In the rare case we are unable to fix a problem, you have NOTHING to pay. Quite simply: NO FIX, NO FEE. And, if what we do isn't right, we'll come back and fix it, GUARANTEED.
